Rules:
 
On any day that you do not exercise for at least 15 minutes, you will owe $2, which will be donated to Aim for a Cure www.aimforacure.info.  We call this the Dave Rule. 

Exercise Points - 1 point for every 15 minutes of exercise, capped at 4 points/60 minutes per day.  All exercise counts (yoga, basketball, walking, Wii fit, weight training) but household chores, gardening, shopping etc. do not.  You should break a sweat, people. 

 
On a Roll Point - Increasing points for days of consecutive exercise, with a max of 3 points.  Example:  Day 1 of exercise = 1 point, day 2 (in a row) of exercise = 2 points, day 3 (in a row) of exercising = 3 points, day 4 (in a row) of exercising = 3 points etc. Once you miss a day, you start over. 

Rabbit Point - 1 point per day for drinking at least 36 oz of water and at least 6 servings of fruits or veggies and generally not eating like a glutton.

Extra Credit Points - 1 point for registering for the Turkey Trot (Manchester Road Race), 5 points for completing it.
